About Me

I’ve spent nearly ten years working as a tutor and academic coach, stacking up over 10,000 hours of experience helping students become better learners, cultivate better mindsets, and do better in school.

I’ve spent nearly that long working as a habit coach, supporting adults with behavioral change. Leveraging neuroplasticity and the science of willpower, I help people start good habits, quit bad habits, and become the person they want to be. 

Smart College Habits combines these two skillsets, focusing on the specific needs of college students. I’m passionate about helping people discover and unleash their potential, so I can’t wait to help you thrive in college.
